If you already have a team
If you are currently part of a soccer team, HeroIQ is a great option to have extra training sessions to improve, learn and masterize a lot of aspects of this beatiful game. Your team, your coach and your inner player will appreciate this time training with us.
If you do not have a team
Have you attended some tryouts to be part of a team or are you planning to do it in a near future?

If you never have played soccer

Rodolfo Gochez Pacas is a 45-year-old professional FIFA License A soccer coach Born in El Salvador. In November 2022, he moved his family here, to Canada where he hopes to continue to coach this beautiful game. He has 10 years’ experience working with professional clubs and National teams in El Salvador. He has worked with FIFA and CONCAC
Rodolfo Gochez Pacas is a 45-year-old professional FIFA License A soccer coach Born in El Salvador. In November 2022, he moved his family here, to Canada where he hopes to continue to coach this beautiful game. He has 10 years’ experience working with professional clubs and National teams in El Salvador. He has worked with FIFA and CONCACAF as the Salvadorian Soccer Federation General Secretary. He has trained players of all ages and skill levels. He has worked very closely with coaches from different countries gaining wisdom and experience from them. While living here in Canada he has been coaching a U10 boys’ team as well as a League 1 Alberta BTB women’s team and also as U17 boys´ assistant coach. Rodolfo Gochez works to create a dynamic and supportive relationship, providing guidance, advice and support to players and families in different areas of the game, and tries to offer help both on and off the field. His goal as HeroIQ Founder and Director is to help players DISCOVER the game and become PLAYMAKERS, no matter the position in which they play.

Having played only in my home country, El Salvador, in the Reserve and Second Professional Division, my career as a footballer ended without reaching its full potential. Having played only in my home country, El Salvador, in the Reserve and Second Professional Division, my career as a footballer ended without reaching its full potential. However, it allowed me, while pursuing a university Bussiness Administration degree, to realize that I not only loved playing football but that there were many other aspects of this beautiful sport that had begun to captivate me. Years later, I found myself without the desire to watch football matches, whether national or international, due to the little pleasure they brought me and my inability to understand many things about them. As time passed, God began to put everything in its place and brought people into my life who inspired me to make the decision to become a professional soccer coach, with the dream of creating a style of football that, when seen, would make me happy and bring joy to people. I was fully convinced that GOD LOVES GOOD FOOTBALL.
